On Friday Me, Nikau and Dad went fishing at Ahipara at

7:00am it was so cold so I popped my jacket and pants

on.We started to fish in the shallow first and caught a baby

Snapper then we stayed out there for little bit longer then

We can move. We move out deep and saw heaps of fish

under the boat, so we dropped our lines. Nikau caught a

snapper, Dad caught a parrafish and I caught a big blue

Cod and Dad helped Me wind it in. Then my Dad

caught a king fish. We saw heaps of fish jumping so we

put on our soft bait and casted until we caught a fish, and

we caught two blue cods and chucked our burley in.

hammerhead sharks we’re circling us because of our burley.
